This is a tiny medieval dagger in 1:6 scale. It's forged by hand exactly the same way a full sized piece would be, heat treated and tempered, with a tang that runs through the handle, and is peened at the end of the handle.
The blade is forged from high carbon silver tool steel, and has a tapered single edged blade with a triangular geometry and a strong spine with a “false edge” at the tip, commonly seen on this type of dagger to aid piercing capability without sacrificing sturdiness. It has brass discs either side of the handle, which is made from oak.
The blade is blunt, but has a pointy tip and due to the intentional nicks and scratches it should still be handled with care.
