This is a tiny arming sword in 1:6 scale. It's forged by hand exactly the same way a full sized piece would be, heat treated and tempered, with a tang that runs through the handle, and is peened at the end of the pommel. While it’s inspired by historical pieces, the slightly longer handle gives it more of a fantasy look.
The blade is relatively short, with a thin flattened diamond cross section. It has a wheel style pommel, and a slim curved crossguard , made from bronze. Inside the pommel is set a simple 2mm ruby cabochon. The fittings are antiqued, as is the blade
The handle is walnut burl, which is fluted and inlaid with twisted brass wire.
The blade is fairly sharp and would work as a letter opener.
