This is a tiny Japanese Ono axe in 1:6 scale. It consists of a twin headed steel axe head, with distinctive brass heart inlays.
The haft is made from oiled cherry wood, while the head is forged from high carbon spring steel. The handle is also wrapped in a spiral of brass, with a brass butt cap.
The axe head is blunt for prop use, but should be handled with care!
