This is a tiny early renaissance longsword in 1:6 scale. It's forged by hand exactly the same way a full sized piece would be, heat treated and tempered, with a tang that runs through the handle, and is peened at the end of the pommel.
The blade is forged from high carbon silver tool steel, and has a tapered blade with a hollow ground diamond shape cross section. It has a scent stopper pommel, and a semi complex hilt with parrying rings and lower guard made from mild steel.
The handle has a walnut wood core, which is wrapped in thinly cut full-grain leather with a purple dye.
The blade is not razor sharp, but is suitable for opening letters and should be handled with care.
