The jagged head is forged from spring steel with a battleworn, rough finish, and a wicked spiked hammer head in the reverse. It is secured to a burnt walnut haft, with spiked collars of steel, and a crude leather wrap
The blade and hammer face have been “edge-quenched”, allowing it to have a hard edge and a soft socket. The edge is sharp, and has lots of pointy bits so should be handled with care.
Please note, as a fantasy design, this is very top-heavy and excessively forceful chopping by a full-sized giant may result in the handle breaking
