This is a tiny renaissance style swept hilt rapier in 1:6 scale. It's forged by hand exactly the same way a full sized piece would be, heat treated and tempered, with a tang that runs through the handle, and is peened at the end of the pommel.
The blade is forged from high carbon silver tool steel, and has a narrow hollow ground blade with a short filler on the ricasso. It has a complex rapier guard with a series of parrying rings, knuckle bows and blade catchers, made from a single piece of steel. The pommel is a scent stopper shape made from steel.
The handle is fluted cow bone with a twisted inlaid brass wire.
The blade has blunt edges but a very pointy tip, so it should be handled with care
