Total length while sheathed is 5 inches. The sword component is 4 1/2 inches. The blade is unsharpened but has a pointed tip and should be handled with care. Please be aware that Ebony can be a brittle wood and is very thin, so this piece should be handled with care. Because the blade is single edged, there is a specific way round to which the sword enters the scabbard, so drawing and sheathing the blade should be done gently.
