This is a tiny fantasy sword in 1:6 scale with a unique design. It's forged by hand exactly the same way a full sized piece would be, heat treated and tempered, with a tang that runs through the handle, and is peened at the end of the pommel.
The blade is forged from layered Damascus steel which has been etched to show its pattern. It has an unusual geometry, with an undulating bevel, that results in the edge being somewhat longer than expected. This is based on some historical examples.
The fittings are made of brass, while the handle is oak with a silk wrap.
The blade is blunt, suitable for prop or action figure use.
